Lexington Wealth Management Ltd was founded by experienced Chartered Financial Planner Warren Shute.  After training in the mid 1990's with a leading Surrey based IFA, Lexington was founded in 2000.

As one of our Financial Planners, Colin specialises in retirement planning, investments and protection, helping our clients to achieve their objectives and goals.

Colin joined Lexington having previously worked with a Surrey based IFA company for a number of years.

Colin looks after many of our Surrey, Hampshire and Hertfordshire based clients and lives in Guildford with his family.

Damien has worked in the financial services sector for over a decade and for the majority of this time has focussed on helping clients obtain the best mortgage rates and terms for their circumstances. Damien and Warren first worked together in the mid 90's and built a strong relationship for doing the very best for their clients. In recent years they have concentrated in being specialists in their chosen fields whilst working closely for the client's best interests.

Client Account Executive and Mortgage Consultant

Richard is a Client Account Executive managing the day to day client enquiries and adminstration with Nicky.

Richard is also a qualified mortgage and protection adviser with his own clients at Lexington.  He worked in a variety of roles in the financial services sector before choosing to specialise in mortgage advice. Like Damien, he has vast experience of working in busy estate agencies and specialist mortgage departments using his knowledge to the advantage our clients.

Nicky Shute

Nicky is Warren's wife and founded the business with him in early 2000.  Nicky's role within Lexington is a Client Account Executive, she manages the day to day enquiries from clients and preparing for client meetings.
