Mortgages & Commercial lending

For the majority of our clients, mortgages in their many forms are one of the most significant financial decisions they make.  Whether it is a mortgage on their main residence, a mortgage on their portfolio of rentals properties or Commercial lending, it makes sense to ensure the rate and terms are as advantageous as possible.

Compare Mortgages

Our promise is to make sure we understand your circumstances and what you really want from the product before we compare the market and recommend a solution.  By matching your needs we aim to put YOU in control of your mortgage rather than the other way around.

We have over a decade of experience in the finance market comparing different types of mortgages for clients.  We are pleased to advise in the following areas;

  • Purchase
  • Remortgage
  • Let to Buy
  • Buy to let
  • Commercial
  • Equity Release - Home Reversion and Lifetime Mortgages
  • Key Worker Mortgages

Let to Buy mortgages, Equity Release & Life Time mortgages and Key Worker mortgages are not as common as the other options above.

A Let to Buy mortgage allows the home owner to let their existing property with a mortgage on it whilst purchasing a second property to move into.  Hence the Let to Buy name.

Legal Services

Lexington arrange many mortgages throughout the year and as such we are members of a network of legal advisers who offer conveyancing / property legal services.  We are able to arrange these services for you by introducing you to a Solicitor for the legal services, taking away your requirement to get quotes and leave your home.

The rates are discounted to our clients and you deal with Lexington, making Lexington a one stop shop.

Disclosure statement

Please be aware that some of the mortgages we advise on are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.  We will confirm in writing when this applies.
